Rental Policy

Rental Policy

The following applies for all Party Rental jobs:

Rental Ownership

The Rental/s is the property of the Lessor and will remain the property of Winnet Luxury Decor, LLC. Lessee agrees that the equipment leased is for Lessee’s own use and said equipment is not be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged or in any other manner disposed of by Lessee. Lessee further agrees to be liable for any loss of said equipment by reason of fire, theft, or any other cause. This is a short-term single use rental lease, Rental/s are not for sale.

Lease and Deposit

Deposit: The lease for Rental/s will be the value indicated on the invoice and the Lessor will be paid prior to Lessee event date or taking possession of the equipment whichever comes first. All rental rates are based on a 12hr rental period. Longer-term rates are available at additional charge. The Lessee will pay a deposit as indicated on the invoice before taking possession of equipment. The lesser will refund the deposit to Lessee at the end of the term providing that the Lessee’s has performed all of the Lessees obligations as outlined in this Agreement.

Right to Use

Winnet Luxury Decor, LLC is not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise and no charges or fees will be reimbursed as a result. Rental/s shall not be removed from designated location once items are place by delivery crew without the written consent of Lessor. Lessee will immediately discontinue use of the Rental/s should it at any time, while in Lessee’s possession, become unsafe or in a state of disrepair and shall immediately notify Lessor that the Equipment is unsafe and in disrepair.

Use of Rental/s

All Rental/s shall be used for the purpose for which it was designed at the designated address for the stated period for said equipment was manufactured and intended. There will be no standing on or sitting on the arms of the chairs. Rental/s must not be altered, modified or serve as an attachment point for anything that cannot be easily removed without damaging the functional capacity or economical value of the equipment. Rental/s must be returned with all attachments, accessories and parts in the same condition as originally received. Please do not place any Equipment outdoors.

Delivery of Rental/s

Lessee shall be present onsite during delivery and installation to personally inspected them rented property to find it to be in good working and unbroken condition when received. It is the Lessee sole responsibility to ensure the event space is suitable and appropriate for safe delivery and installation of all Rental/s. If the event venue has more than 4 exterior or interior steps, no access ramp or accessible elevator and the event space is not on the main floor please inform us. It affects the number of members assigned to the delivery and possible pricing. We do not allow any non-employees to assist with the lifting of any rental items. This can affect our ability to complete the setup in a timely manner and cause additional fees according to the time used to complete task. No Refunds will be granted on rentals whether used or not once they have left our warehouse.

Loss and Damage

If the Rental/s are lost, stolen or damaged, Lessee will pay Winnet Luxury Decor the current market cost to replace or repair any and Rental/s lost, stolen or damaged. Lessee will be responsible for loss of, or damage to the Rental/s caused by reckless, careless or abusive operation or use of the Equipment and loss or damage caused by dishonesty of event guest, venue staff or any person whom is present at the time damage or lost occurs. Any damages done to the Rental/s during the party will be charged to the Lessee, damages including but not limited to breaking, holes, stains from food or clothing, chips in the paint. Any deposit or credit card pre-authorization will immediately be applied towards the full replacement or repair value of any damage, lost or stolen Equipment. 

Our work studio is based in Little Elm, 75068

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PICKUP FEE

includes delivery, setup, and return breakdown with pickup of all decor items we provided:

Starts at $110 for locations within 30 miles of studio.
Additional $2 per mile for areas beyond standard delivery zones.
Based on the size of the order, setup logistics, labor, and time.
Additional $50 for after MIDNIGHT (11:59PM) and next day before 9am.

DELIVERY + STANDARD SETUP ONLY 

includes delivery and setup only

Starts at $95 applicable for events that does not require a us to return and pickup any reusable framework or rentals.
Additional $2 per mile for areas beyond standard delivery zones.
Based on the size of the order, setup logistics, labor, and time.

Delivery and Pick Up

Our standard delivery times are between 9.00am and 18.00pm Monday through Friday. Different rates may apply for delivery or collection outside of these hours, on the weekend or public holidays. For pick up, we will need to verify.

Every order requires a minimum amount to qualify for service/delivery—the order minimum is based on miles from Little Elm, TX, 75068.

Rental Agreement

If your order is more than 2 weeks away a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is needed to secure rental items. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Rental Agreement

A copy of a valid driver’s license and a copy a major credit card is required for all pickups ALL items are to be returned by noon the following business day. Unless otherwise agreed-upon in writing. An additional day’s rental will be charged to credit card on file if items are not returned by the agreed-upon day and time.

Any items returned broken, damaged, stained or missing will be charged the retail value for replacement. The cost of the replacement/repair will be assessed within 5 days of return and charged to the card on file. The replacement value will be determined by the age and condition at the time of rental. Items must be inspected and signed for during pickup and return.

Rental Delivery

Venues with more than 4 stairs, no ramps or accessible elevators will incur an additional delivery charge. Please inform us if this applies to your venue.
Pick up after 11:00 pm is an additional $80
Someone must be available to inspect rentals upon delivery to ensure accuracy of numbers and pieces delivered.
